I’m getting too many, how do I delay it?

Not a problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product is arriving too frequently! From there you can change your Subscription Frequency. Reach out to Support and we’d be happy to help.

 

I’ll be out of the country this month, how do I delay my next processing date?

No problem, log into your account and head to Subscriptions. Click Manage Subscription on whichever product you’d like to delay! From there you can click on “Next box ships on,” choose whichever next processing date you’d like, and Save! Reach out to Support and we’d be happy to help.

 

What if I want to cancel?

No problem, cancel any time, but we’ll miss you!
